Please understand it is very difficult to do business as a writer. The generosity you provide me, is what lets me buy groceries and pay my bills. If customers don’t buy their own downloads individually or if they copy and share the download, I will starve.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
This is also industry standard. If you go to Amazon kindle for ebooks, they quote a 3 to 5 day limit or up to 5 to 7 days. Stores such as ebooks quote 7 days. We regret that the refund number of days is low but this is due to customer behavior that the number of days on refunds went lower in the industry as a whole.
To be eligible for a return, you must have not made any copies of the download. You must not have also given them to others. And you must destroy downloaded ebook copies fully.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your request is sent to us please allow up to a week to respond.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please consider allowing us to fix the problem if there was a download problem or some other glitch that prevented getting your book. We will try to help resolve problems. Thank you.
Please consider an exchange instead of a refund. We would be happy to try to make customers happy and work with them. If there was a download problem or some other issue, we can fix those and wish to try to do so.
